Ledge Haven Farm Pure Vermont Maple Syrup comes packed in a variety of attractive containers as shown below. It is available in the following grades:

	Grade A Medium Amber: This is a great all purpose syrup and is generally the most popular. The maple flavor is delicate and the color is a warm golden hue. It is wonderful warmed and poured over pancakes, waffles, french toast and even ice cream!
	Grade A Dark Amber: This syrup is darker than medium amber and has a full-bodied maple flavor. This can be used for cooking and to sweeten foods naturally. Many enjoy this grade for a stronger maple flavor on pancakes and waffles. It is also delicious as a flavoring that replaces honey or sugar.
	*Grade B:* This is a darker syrup with a robust maple flavor used for cooking and natural food flavoring.
